Our Story

We first met each other when working with a Team of embedded providers with the Military Special Operations Forces. We were drawn to each other because of our hard work ethic and determination to provide the best care for our patients.  We then started not only to collaborate but to align care.  In other words co-plan, co-treat, and co-adapt.  True Collaboration means more than proximity

Mary is a physical therapist with over 10 years of experience working with athletes and service members.  She has spent the past 6 years working with Special Operations Forces which has fueled her fighting spirit and adaptability.  She is highly educated and if she does not already know how to help you she will find the answer.  Also don’t let her size fool you she is fierce.

Jordan is a nurse with over 17 years of experience.  She is strong willed and protective which is exactly what you want on your side when navigating medical care.  She cares deeply about her patients and will work with them to find the best care possible as well as strive to break down any barriers to receiving that care.

Rachel is a licensed clinical social worker and has been helping people rebuild from trauma for over 10 years.  She is authentic and honest with her patients.  She will walk along side you and adapt to your needs as you navigate the work.  She utilizes a whole body approach incorporating EMDR, Heart Math, Memory Reconsolidation, Ego State, and Cognitive Processing Therapy.  Not every treatment works for everyone and she is determined to find the one that is best for each individual patient.

Our logo is the mangopare which is the Polynesian symbol for the hammerhead shark.  It symbolizes strength, determination, protection, and adaptability which are qualities we see in each other and in our patients.  We hope to capitalize on these qualities to provide the best possible care for our patients.
